Kyoto Municipal Transportation Bureau has created towels with the same design and of the same size as the city bus's destination signs. This is the second series and general sales will start around November. The first series went on sale last September and sold out.

The destination sign displayed on the front-upper side of the city bus is officially called "Ho-ko-maku" or direction-displaying cloth. Four types are available this time; Buses No. 46, No. 201, No. 205, and No. 206. Each towel will be sold for 1,500 yen including tax.

A total of 1,600 towels are being produced. Some will be sold earlier at events in September and October. For more information as to where and when they will be sold to the public, call City Bus & Subway Information Desk at 0570-666-846.
