The take-out-only store's name is "Fushimi Inari SENBONINARI." It is expected to be a "new specialty" of Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine, which is popular among foreign tourists.
Citrus-flavored sushi rice is wrapped in fried tofu soaked with Kyoto-style broth. Seven combinations of ingredients have been prepared. In addition to the typical types of gourd strips with sesame or lotus root with fresh green Japanese pepper, there are minced mackerel with ginger, simmered beef with ginger, and others. A piece of sushi is priced from 120 to 280 yen.
